Our Swinging Clubs are individually hand made. Our custom products are made for you. Custom cut products such as rod tape or rods are made for your requirements. We will not refund custom products unless faulty. Return postage is at the cost of the customer. We will not refund if you have changed your mind or, for instance, the swinging club colour or type/size you have chosen is no longer desired or incorrect.
Any product custom prepared for you are not refundable unless faulty. Swinging clubs, rods, premium rod tapes, ribbons and sashes are all deemed as custom items.
Metallic, two tone are deemed custom clubs and require a minimum of 10 pairs to be ordered and cannot be refunded unless paint is faulty. For colour selection of swinging club colour options, please use the most current Dulux Colour Chart. Custom painted clubs can't be refunded if your colour choice is not what you expected.
We strongly recommend requesting delivery insurance and signature upon delivery with your postage as we will not cover parcels that go missing or get damaged in transit. We always securely wrap our orders with plenty of protection.
You can pay using our Checkout or you can pay cash upon pickup. Payment options are EFT, Cash upon Pickup or Credit Card (+fee).
Orders are only shipped once your payment has landed in our account.
Some products such as Swinging Clubs, Rods, Rod Tapes, Fabric, Ribbons and Sashes are deemed Custom Items are are non refundable. If a product is faulty we reserve the right to examine and either refund or replace the item either by store credit or EFT but, rest assured, our products are checked before posting out to our customers. We will not refund eg. if you have chosen a paint colour for your swinging clubs that is not what you had hoped for. We endeavour to match the paint colour as close to your fabric swatch as possible using the Dulux paint chart. Minimum orders of ten pairs apply to our custom two tone metallic and custom two tone painted clubs. At this time, we can not offer teams of glitter club orders.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of customer receiving the goods. Notify us immediately of any concerns. You will be contacted if your there is a notable concern with your order. We will not post off your order if we have a concern with your item.
We can not be held responsible for parcels that become damaged or missing in transit, so we urge you to purchase extra insurance and signature at delivery. Contact us to arrange this on top of your shipping charge. We use Australia Post and other Courier services. Our postage charges include a small handling and packaging fee. This small fee covers items such as bubble wrap, butcher paper, sticky tape etc. As always, if we deem that you have been overcharged postage you will be reimbersed the difference.
We reserve the right not to accept returns due to Covid-19 or any other concerns.
All Wigs are non returnable due to their personal nature. Please pick carefully. A colour swatch is available for you to examine and return. Postage at your cost.
Bikini Bite is non returnable due to its personal nature.
Return postage is at customer’s expense.
